Thanks to our support children are able to escape a life of grinding poverty and reach their full potential. My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page, I am hitching from London to Amsterdam on the 17th March all in aid of Childreach International. It is about 330 miles and the plan is to get there in 24 hours so we have quite a job ahead of us!

Childreach is a fantastic charity that works in many countries around the world helping to improve childrens lives. I would really appreciate it if you could dig deep and sponsor me online!

Every penny really does help make a difference to childrens lives around the world so please give whatever you can, no matter how small.

Here are some examples to give you an idea of what a huge difference your money makes:

* £2 pays for a mother and child living in a remote area of Nepal to attend a health camp and receive life-saving vaccinations

*£5 per month pays for an orphan in Tanzania to attend a vocational training Centre and work towards a recognised qualification

*£50 buys exercise books for a primary school in Uganda

* £400 pays for a water pump to be installed in a village in Africa so children can get clean, safe water.
