Turner is teaming up with Plan International to give volunteers from Turner the chance to make a direct impact on people’s lives in the developing world.

I am so honoured and lucky to be one of these volunteers!  I will be conducting a series of fund raising activities (Scroll down) to help raise the money and I NEED YOUR HELP!

On the 28th of February along with my turner colleagues I will be heading to Kangaba in Mali to build a school.

The pictures on the left is how the school stands now ; its crowded, not very weather proof, and the tables and chairs are literally falling apart.  They are making do but we think that these kids deserve better! All children do.

On this trip, our aim is to build them a safe and secure environment where learning will become easier.

The money raised will fund a modern school with three classrooms and a water system to replace the straw huts with no sanitation in which the children of Kangaba are currently taught.

Dec 6th - 6km Santa run. Emma Vaughn and Matt Cargill are joining me in running a 6km run in a Santa Suit
