The challenge team: John Caudwell, Jonathan & Julian Mitchell, Anthony Dixon, Joe Cotton and Kevin Smith 

The challenge: To ski up over 7000 vertical metres to the top of Mt Blanc and over the Haute Route to Zermatt using touring skis and "seal-skins", crampons and ice axes!  It will take up to 7 days of gruelling up and downhill skiing to reach first Zermatt and then the top of Mont Blanc and back down to the town ofChamonix in the Alps.

The cause: Caudwell Children raise funds to provide life changing donations to sick and disabled children. Founded by John Caudwell in 2000, the Charity has donated over £9million to children living in theUK.  By providing specialist equipment, medical treatments and therapy they provide children and their families, with a better life and a brighter, happier future.
