There will be two teams of Lancaster staff taking part in the 3 Peaks challenge, The challenge involves climbling 3 mountains in Scotland, England and Wales all within 24 hours in order to raise money for Richard House childrens Hospice.
Richard House has been providing care and support for life-limited and life-threatened children and their families since the year 2000. We accompany them during the child or young person’s journey through life to death, creating positive experiences along the way which become good memories for the future.
The work that Richard House does in supporting children and young people would not be possible without dedicated and skilled members of staff – our Respite & Palliative Care Nurses and our Play & Care Workers. Lancaster's aim is to raise enough money to sponsor a nurse to provide this invaluable care.
