Suzy Lamplugh Trust
Suzy Lamplugh Trust is the national personal safety charity and aims to help everyone in society to lead safer, more confident lives. Through advice, information, resources, training, community talks and projects, it deals with issues from walking alone at night to staying safe whilst keeping fit, from people working in vulnerable situations to children using the internet and from reducing elderly people's fear of crime to raising awareness of the dangers faced by boys and young men. It works throughout the UK to give people the information and skills they need to live their lives to the full, confidently and safely.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
As part of the 41 Princess Louise of Kensington's drive to raise money for 100 charities, by the end of the year, I have courageously..(well, more or less)...volunteered, to run in this race.
It will also give me another reason to keep fit and not end up in the jack wagon for the next time...
When this succeeds, who knows, I might be asking everyone for more money...kidding aside, it's going to a good cause.
