The Laser Team are raising money for the fantastic charity Sailability once again and are going to row from Oxford to Kingston in 3 days (19th, 20th, 21st October 2007) - covering approximately 100 miles.

Yes we are used to being on the water, however, believe me in 8 man shells rowing 30 plus miles a day we are well out of our comfort zones, and this is going to hurt each and everyone of us.  Sailability, whose main aim is simple, to make the life of disabled people more enjoyable, by introducing them to the sport of sailing, and providing an infrastructure for them to continue should they enjoy their taste.

By supporting you are going to make a difference to peoples lives. With the recent change in infrastructure, the RYA are covering Sailability's administrative costs, which means this money raised is injected directly into improving facilities/offerings where Sailability see fit.

Thank you very much for visiting our fundraising page. Please dig deep and we thank you in advance for your generosity.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: RYA Sailability will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
