In 2003 I first completed the London Marathon and since then have run New York, Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Snowdonia and am now up to Nine so I thought what better way to celebrate my 10th Marathon than going back to London and running in fancy dress, So I have come up with a costume of a 6ft pint of Guinness.

Please help make a difference to the Family Welfare Association. They provide practical,emotinal and financial support to children, families and individuals in need.
