Our personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Please dig deep and sponsor me online for any of the following events:

Lanzarote Ironman 19 May - a 3.8km swim, 180km bike and a marathon, all one after the other. I have completed this event and finished in 13 hours 54 minutes and 12 seconds. :-) This is roughly 1hour 15 for the swim, 7 hours 25 on the bike and 4 hours 49 on the run.

Paris-Brest-Paris: A cycling event held every 4 years covering 1200km. We aim to do this in 80 hours. This event means taking part in qualifiers, 200km, 300km, 400km and 600km.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Practical Action will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
