Hello and thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

I'm hoping to lose two stone (about 13 kilos) by the end of October 2006. Its a big challenge to set myself, but I hope that your support and the incentive of raising money for a very worthy cause will help me achieve my goal.

Marriage and contentment has meant piling on the pounds and its about time I shifted it! I figured the only way I would stick to a diet is if I had more than myself to do it for. Médecins Sans Frontières is an international humanitarian aid organisation which provides emergency medical aid in crisis areas wherever it is needed, regardless of race, religion, politics or sex. MSF aims to alleviate human suffering, to protect life and health and to restore and ensure respect for the human beings and their fundamental human rights.
