I will be doing a week long trek of the Great Wall of China from 12th September to raise money for the Sarcoma Trust in Steph's memory.
Steph was diagnosed with angiosarcoma 2.5 years ago and spent all that time battling this cruel disease with sheer grit & determination alongside her unwavering great sense of humour. She sadly passed away on January 3rd, 2009.
She is a much loved and constantly missed dear friend who was the life and soul of all gatherings; always the one with a cheeky grin on her face. I want to do all I can to make sure that we can raise as much funding as possible for research into this cancer in the hope that nobody else has to lose someone to this cruel disease.
