Hi, thank you for visiting my fundraising page. My name is Lauren and I live at the Meath.

Everyone here has epilepsy, but most of us also have other problems, such as a learning disability or a physical disability. The Meath helps us to be independent and make our own decisions in life.

The staff here are brilliant and treat us like friends. They pick us up when we are down and sort us out when we are grumpy. When we need help with something, they do not make a big issue out of it so we are not embarrassed.

More importantly The Meath is like a real home and it is really modern too. It has its own day centre and gym and we can learn how to use a computer or how to cook. We can also paint or do woodwork or do some voluntary work in the town.

The Meath has given me back my life and I want to say thank you by helping them to raise funds. I hope if you are reading this page, you will help me to support them by making a donation, even if it is a very small one.
