After signing up for Tough Mudder NW back in February and after a few injury set backs, I am now 100% fit and hitting the training hard in anticipation for what is dubbed 'the toughest event on the plant'.

I really can't stress enough how much pain and suffering I am putting myself through to give myself a decent shot at completing the challenge.
