My story

I'm trekking in the Indian Himalayas for two weeks (15/9 - 28/9/2007), the trek will take me to the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala.  I'm trekking in the Indian Himalayas for two weeks (15/9 - 28/9/2007), the trek will take me to the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala. 

This will complete a challenging year beginning with the 2006 Great North Run and ending with the completion of my MA dissertation followed immediately by my departure for India. Along the way I'll be training including trekking up Snowdon twice.
