I figured its about time I updated this.

Firstly, a massive thankyou to everyone who has already sponsored me. I can hardly believe you've donated so much with 3 weeks still to go and my £500 target has been broken already. Have to say that mr hemmingway is awesome - cheers for hugely speeding up the process - Legend.

Secondly, training is going really well. I'm in better shape than I've ever been for a marathon. Just done a 20 mile run in 2hours 45. My best full marathon is 4 hours so I'm looking to beat that by half an hour.

I am running my third London Marathon on 25th April 2010. I know you will all be generous and donate as much as you can afford to my chosen charity - Cystinosis Foundation UK.
