As a family, we have spent many happy weeks at Le Gaillon, and we realise just how privileged we are to have such a wonderful place to escape to when we need to relax and recharge our batteries. We were shocked to discover that over 2,000,000 British families are so poor that they cannot afford any sort of a holiday, and many children have never been away with their families or seen the sea. The Family Holiday Association arranges short seaside breaks for over 1200 needy families per year.

In our small way we want to help them in their work, so for that reason we have been donating to them in Le Gaillon's name since 2008.

We hope that some of our guests will do the same. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: Family Holiday Association will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
