My story

Thank you for visiting the Le Mead donation page to donate to the Leukaemia Research Fund, and offer your backing and support to Team Le Mead.

As you are aware, Le Mead is a 24 hour driving challenge in aid of Leukaemia Research. The challenge starts at 1500hrs on Saturday 8th December and will continue until 1500hrs on Sunday 9th December with the team hoping to complete 1800 miles in this time.

But Le Mead is not just about the driving challenge......On Sunday 9th December Millbrook are taking the rare step to open their gates to the public.

When inside Millbrook and for a donation to the Leukaemia Research charity you will be driven around the Millbrook high speed tracks by Professional drivers in the brand new Aston Martin DBS and a 6.0l Vauxhall Minaro. There will also be 4x4 off road rides and a unique opportunity to have a tour around the 750 acre Millbrook site!!!

Le Mead is also featuring live music from 3 professional acts from TF Music label in London, there is a raffle with fantastic prizes, along with food and drink and the opportunity to be on the Anthony Nolan Bone Marrow donor register to help Leukaemia sufferers around the world requiring bone marrow transplants, all this taking place before the emotional grand finale of Le Mead at 1500hrs!!!

To confirm your entry into Millbrook Proving Ground for Le Mead on Sunday 9th December between 1200 and 1600 please contact Matt Crouch on 07743 447667. There are only a limited number of passes left so please by quick to ensure your attendance!!

Donating online is totally secure and Leukaemia Research will receive your donations almost instantly. Please remember to tick the gift aid column because an extra 28% in tax will be added to your donation at no extra cost to you (providing you are a UK tax payer).

Many thanks for your support and donations! It really is appreciated by Team Le Mead, all at the Leukaemia Research Fund and of course, Steve Mead himself. See you at Le Mead!!!
