I've just finished competing in the Marathon des Sables, a week long 155 mile foot race across the Sahara desert in Morocco, carrying a week's worth of kit, including all food, cooking equipment and an anti venom pump in temperatures exceeding 50°c.  It was hot!

I was running in aid of St. Michael's Hospice (www.stmichaelshospice.org) and am aiming to raise £10k, the amount the Hospice needs to raise from voluntary donations in order to provide one day's care. 

I'm closing in on this fundraising target but need your help to reach it, so please dig deep and donate generously!
