After a slight change of plan, due to one of the golf courses not being very accomodating towards our chosen charity, and what we were trying to achieve, it was decided that all 72 holes would be played on Kings Hill golf club on June 24th 2011.

 

All in all, the weather held out all day, and  it was a good fun for the first 18 holes, a little bit tougher for the next 18 holes, horrific for the 3rd 18 holes, and never ending for the last 18 holes.  We were on the course playing for all but an hour from 05:30 until 19:00. 

 

We walked over 20 miles, and between us played nearly 1500 golf shots (a bit better that we expected if truth be told!).  For the golf geeks - see www.letournoi.co.uk for more details of the actual golf.

 

Many Thanks to all at Kings Hill Golf Club for being so accomodating to our requests, to ensure we managed to succeed in this challenge, and more importantly to everyone that has sponsored us to raise money for this fantastic charity.
