My personal message:

As some of you may know, I have decided to take on a very hard challenge to support International Childcare Trust.
The challlenge on the bicycle (Sri Lanka coast-to-coast, almost 500 Km in 5 days !!) will be my task and I know I can count on your strong moral support ! There is however a more tangible way in which you can 'help me help them', and this is where we all will really make a difference.
