Lily Irvine
EDSP of the FTSE December 2009 Expiry
We are running a competition to raise funds to purchase a new motorised wheelchair for 's daughter Lily, to aid her in her next stage of life. As a lot of you know, Lily is 13 years old and was born with cerebral palsy. The cost of the wheelchair is £5,000 and is essential for her soon approaching hip reconstruction.
In order to raise the big number we have created a competition to guess the official EDSP of the FTSE December 2009 Expiry on the 18 Dec. You can guess as many times as you like with a donation of £20 per guess which will increase your chances of winning one of our 2 fantastic prizes, generously donated as follows:
£500 voucher to be spent at www.duttsonrocks.com who is a leading ethical diamond jeweller based in , offering its clients a bespoke gem buying service. You can choose from a selection of cufflinks or earrings which are valued around the same level as the voucher.
£100 voucher donated by Gaucho to be spent on a meal for two at one of their restaurants. Gaucho serves up some of the best steaks in with prime cuts of Argentinean beef cooked to perfection.
All
proceeds will be paid to the charity Remedi, who raises funds for essential
medical research for rehabilitation and disability projects for children and
adults.
Here’s how to enter:
Complete the donation form here on justgiving.com, don’t forget to tick the Gift Aid box. In the donation box, put the total amount you wish to donate eg: £40 for 2 guesses remembering its £20 per guess. Any money donated over the multiple of £20 will be donated to the charity pool for the purchase of the wheelchair eg: £50 = 2 guesses + £10 goes directly to the pool.
Then simply email us at remedicompetition@odls.com
with your name & entries before . We will verify the funds and record your entry.
e.g: John Brown

Finally, we will announce the winner either on the Friday (if expiry goes well) or on Monday 21 December.
Lastly, please can I thank Remedi for their assistance and of course Neil at www.duttsonrocks.com and Gaucho for donating such great prizes and for all the support they have given.
Good luck and thank you to everyone taking part in supporting our competition, all donations are welcome even if you do not want to take part in the competition.
