Well you might think we are crazy; that's because we are! Our challenge is not for the faint hearted:
Held in the Lake District at Lake Coniston. On the Sat 6 June all in one day:
We will be Walking the Old Man of Coniston 14km , Canoe(in water!) 11km, Mountain Bike Ride(up some very steep hills!) 30km , with 2 abseils inbetween - crazy I hear you say.....well in which case please put your hands in your pockets and help us to help those who really need it.

Roxanne; Question to Roxanne 'How's the training going? Answer Well I have been running round after the children all day! '
Bruce; All our hope is on Bruce as he is doing a half marathon in the next couple of months....pep talk; no drinking till then Bruce!
Linda; I am going to give up smoking honest so I can get up the first hill (says Linda who is entered for a Windsor triathlon the week after!
