I have decided to participate in a charity fund raising event in December 2009 cycling from Vietnam to Cambodia which I will personally find extremely challenging as the ride will cover 450 km over five days covering distances of 70 km up to around 110 km per day. I think the training is going to be the most gruelling part, although I have already had fantastic offers of support from friends and family (including my own children) to take me out cycling!

It is for a very worthwhile cause raising money for Regain; a charity which has been set up to raise money to provide support to people paralysed in sporting accidents.
