What are we fundraising for?
We are trying to raise money to buy 15 netbooks for the 15 girls in Little Gems Hostel and 20 disabled children in a community run hostel.
Our plan is to use the computers to provide computer literacy to the children so that they can learn valuable IT skills.
We have internet access in the hostel and the teachers but we do not have the computers to provide IT lessons.
The type of computer we want to buy is HERE. It is is perfect for a small hostel where there is not a lot of space and for a country where electricity is absent for around 35 hours a week.
Remember, 100% of your donation will be spent directly on achieving this goal so please give generously!
In return, we will show you exactly where your money has been spent in Nepal with a news article and photos added to our website: www.help2educate.org and our partner www.msiwind.net who have agreed to help us fundraise for this project. We will also be publishing THANK YOU letters on our website!
