Thank you for visiting my just giving page. For those of you who have got this far, you may already know a little about the challenge I am embarking on. In 2007 Joy Skipper raised enough money to build a nursery school in the small village of Pangani, Tananzia. This enabled 50 children to go to school for the 1st time and start an education. The next step is to build a primary school.
There is however a twist to this challange and one that will hopefully pursuade you to sponsor me. We are infact attempting 2 challanges. Firstly we are planning to walk to the top of Mt Meru, the 4th highest mountain in Tanzania. After experiencing the affects of mountain tea and high altitude we will head downwards and onwards to Pangini. Then the hardwork begins. Our team is starting at the bottom by digging and laying the foundations to the school. Joy, you did say that they had a JCB digger, didn't you!!
So please do give generously. Every little helps, now I sound like a Tesco advert. No really, every penny goes towards buying another brick, that will help build the walls of a school and allow many children to go to school and receive an education.
