Thank you for taking the time to look at my fundraising page.
Many of you will know that a group of us completed the London to Brighton last year (54 miles on our bikes along with 27,000 other cyclists) and raised over £1000 for both PEACH and the British Heart Foundation.
The money we raise goes towards maintaining the PEACH parents' helpline. This provides vital support and information to parents when they first receive a diagnosis of autism for their child. At such a devastating time, PEACH's helpline gives parents clear information about early intervention for their child and, most importantly, hope for the future.
All those of you who have supported us through the seven years of Guy's ABA programme will know what an amazing difference it has made to his development and to us as a family. That is why we remain so passionate about supporting the work that PEACH do.
Thank you for your donation. We, and PEACH, are grateful for any amount you can contribute.
We are looking forward to the ride and hoping to shave a few minutes off our cracking time from last year - at 8 hours that shouldn't be too difficult!! You can look forward to some pictures of us in our cycling shorts (the more squeamish of you may wish to look away!).
Thanks again - Liz x
