Hello my lovelies!

On 6th April I will be taking part in a 5km run around Cardiff castle in aid of the wonderful charity Cancer Care Cymru.

Cancer Care Cymru is a very young charity that provides specialist care and support to people in Wales affected by cancer, from the moment of diagnosis and throughout treatment.

I know most of the people who read this won't be Welsh - I'm not even Welsh - but please don't let that stop you donating. They do some fantastic work and really deserve as much support as they can get. If you've ever picked a daffodil, eaten a leek or heard a stereophonics song then I think you qualify to support the Welsh (dont let rugby animosity get in the way please )

I'm not a natural runner. Exercise is not my friend, but I'm still willing to make a fool of myself by running round the middle of Cardiff so that you guys can get that warm and fuzzy feeling that comes with doing something good for a worthy cause, and you dont even have to break into a sweat.
