We have found ourselves facing the challenge of a 50k bike ride, 5k run, abseiling and kayaking all around London. Training is underway, with Emily still needing to get on a bike for the first time in 12 years and the Andrews facing their fear of heights. But we're enthusiasitc, if not slightly naive, and looking forward to the challenge. Please make it worth our while!
