In preparation for my big yacht race next year, I am getting fit and running a full marathon. Yes that is 26 miles of pure hell. So thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I am supporting the charity PANATLANTIC who's mission is to support conservation through sporting endeavour. Money raised for this charity goes to conservation and educational projects at Bristol Zoo. They support conservation projects all over the world and teach our younger generation how to save the planet and conserve the life it supports. I will be doing all sorts of fundraising events over the coming 18 months. Firstly I am attempting to do my first marathon! My training has begun and i have to say that i am rather nervous about it but i am determined to complete it, run the whole way and possibly do it under 4 hours. The date is 27th October 2008 and its the Dublin Marathon - great atmosphere and great people. Hoping i will be able to celebrate with a pint of guinness at the end - or not! Please sponsor me xxxx
