Theodore Blanchard, Oliver Berry and I, Thomas Evans, 3 Vth Book Wykehamists, have cycled from London to Amsterdam (approxiamtely 300km) this summer in order to raise money for the Winchester College 2010 project to build a school in Jamba, India.
This project, thanks to the Lotus Flower Trust, is going to build a school for the children of Jamba, who for far too long now have been deprived of an education they need and deserve. However, we need to raise £1500 so we can buy the building materials; no building materials, no school. So please sponsor us: it would mean so much to us, but far more to the young children of Jamba, whose future we, and you, are creating.
Photos of our trip are displayed on the left (click on the Photos button below the frame to see more.)
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Lotus Flower Trust gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
