My story

 

London Daily Photo supports Breast Cancer Care

In November 2006, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. One year, two operations, six months chemotherapy, two months radiotherapy and we are approaching the stage where all that is left is to get on with the rest of our lives. Helping support others that may be going through the same experience is part of the way that I want to do that

My target is to raise £10,000 in one year.

The reason I chose Breast Cancer Care is that they use their money well. They were the single best point of information and support that I encountered, visit their website to find out more about them. It is my most sincere wish that you will not have to use their services yourself.


Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Breast Cancer Care will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Oh, one more thing. When you click through to the donation page, you will see that the minimum button you can check is £10, but if you look, you can type in as little (or as much ;-) ) as you want. All donations are welcome, if you are wavering about donating, why not give £1? If everyone that visited my blog over the last year gave £1, there's be £150,000 in the pot!
