So on December 27, 2008 we start our biking expedition. We're not hanging round what with Europe's best snow in years being reported and new knobblies on the bikes we thought we'd best take a couple of days to get to Genoa. Then it's the ferry to Tunisia and the travel begins. Spreading this trip over four months we'll be heading through Tunisia to Libya, Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and South Africa. 15 000 miles with no TV crew or back up.
