In support of St.Giles Hospice, Whittington – James Darlaston (35)  & Sean Vickery (40) of Lichfield have set themselves the challenge of cycling from to .

Sean & James stumbled into fitness in Spring 2009, both joining a local gym and then decided that to encourage them further, they needed a challenge.

What better challenge than to ride approx 300 miles from to !

The journey will start on Thursday 27 May in , and finish (hopefully) in on Sunday 30.

Usually this bike ride is supported by a team with support vehicles (carrying food, water, spares, luggage and first aid); however James & Sean in their infinite wisdom have decided to enter this challenge unsupported!

So it will be 2 men, 2 bikes, luggage and a whole lot of pedal power.

Thanks for visting and please give generously
