Hi Everyone!

Thank you so much for your interest in sponsoring the 'Long Way Up!' - raising awareness and money for Cancer Research UK and the Acorns Children's Hospice Trust.  In August we will be riding from Matlock Bath to Land's End, up to John O'Groats and back to Matlock Bath.  We'll be taking the 'Long Way Up!' by stopping off to climb the 3 highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales.  We'll be travelling over 2,500 miles and climbing 11,000 ft of mountains (over one third the height of Mt Everest!) as well as fundraising and meeting people throughout our journey.  We'll also be carrying everything we need, including ourselves, on a single motorbike!

Please sponsor us.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.  It is also a very efficient way to sponsor us as Cancer Research UK will receive your money faster and if you are a UK taxpayer an extra 28% will be added to your donation through Gift Aid at no extra cost to you!

It soon mounts up!  If we raise a total of £1 per mile that will generate £2,000 in sponsorship.  £5 per mile will be £10,000 and £10 per mile will be £20,000!  Please give as much or as little as you can - every penny counts and you'll be making a very big difference to a lot of people's lives.
