Thanks for considering sponsoring me to cycle across Wales following (roughly) the Lôn Las Cymru (Welsh National Cycle Route), approximately 250 miles over 3 days - 29th June to 1st July. If you click http://www.cycle-n-sleep.co.uk/indivrlonlas%20linktomap.htm you will see that Wales is quite a mountainous country!
Most people reading this will know that this is the most physically demanding venture that I have ever taken on. However most importantly your sponsorship money will go to STOP THE TRAFFIK, the fight against people trafficking - http://www.stopthetraffik.org. An estimated 1.2 million children are trafficked each year (UNICEF UK Child Trafficking Information sheet, January 2003).
