Thanks for considering sponsoring me to cycle across Wales following (roughly) the Lôn Las Cymru (Welsh National Cycle Route), approximately 250 miles over 3 days - 29th June to 1st July. Most people reading this will know that this is the most physically demanding venture that I have ever taken on.
