Story

As some of you may be aware, Dylan and I had a beautiful baby daughter and Luke a doting sister, Ellie, on 28th May this year.

In August, Ellie was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS).  Fortunately for us, the life expectancy rates and quality of life for PWS people have improved drastically over recent years, thanks to early detection and strict diet management.  Presently, Ellie is thoroughly enjoying being here and we're learning to take each day as it comes.

In order to see out this past difficult year in true style, I've decided to join Dylan in his annual dip in the River Forth on New Year's Day  "The Loony Dook" (www.theloonydook.co.uk).

I do NOT intend to "dook" ever again, so you needn't worry that I'll come knocking on your doors each year.  I would, however, like to raise some funds for the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA), which has been so supportive of us over recent months.

All sponsorship will be greatly appreciated and any money raised will go to the PWSA (www.pwsa.co.uk)

Love

Janice & Dylan
