I am going to be participating in a trek in the Simien mountains in Ethiopia in October 2009 to raise money for Ethiopiaid. Over the coming months, I will be organising events to raise money for this, so please do support me in any way you can!

The Simien Mountains are one of the major highlands of Africa, rising to their highest point in Ethiopia, Ras Dejen (4,620m), the fourth highest peak in the African continent. The trek itself is 10 days of trekking between 8-10 hours each day!! You have to admit that is worth a little bit of money!
