Full details of this year's plans are on www.lucaskeepsrunning.co.uk.  This year mark's 10 year's since my first Marathon and I am pushing the boat out with 19 of my family doing a run; running 4 Marathons in 4 weeks, swimming a mile, cycle the length of the UK and climbing Kilimanjaro.  The target this year is £10,000.
