Haemophilia and related disorders affect around 15,000 people in the UK and occur in all racial groups; while von Willebrand's affects up to 1% of the total population, many of whom are currently undiagnosed. The charity aims to ensure that affected people and their families receive the best possible treatment, care and support.

My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

It means so much to me you have taken the time to read my page today. Haemophilia runs in my family aswell as me, and it affects over 15,000 in uk.

Haemophilia / Von Willebrands is a blood clotting disorder which casuses problems as small as bruising, and as big as spontaneous bleeding which can be life threatening.

Donating through Justgiving is really easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me, and The Haemophilia Society gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
