My story

 

Hi,

For those of you who like your charity to be laced with sadism, (hello family and friends!) here are some good reasons to sponsor me in the 10k London run:

I loathe running

I don't particularly like London either

I'm quite unfit

According to experts, I am at risk of nipple chafing

So, you may ask why I am doing it.  The answer, Tools for Self Reliance is a great charity helping practical people in Africa to earn a living and help themselves and their communities to work their way out of poverty.
