We make grants to organisations that can demonstrate the investment tangibly improves the lives of many, in a sustainable way. In particular, projects focusing on construction, education and technically innovative projects for learning and enablement.

My story

Mackley Construction has been established 80 years and is a third generation family run company. We have always had close links with the local community and an emphasis on sustainability. This outlook fits well with The COINS Foundation and following the success of last years challenge we're entering two teams this year!

We're putting ourselves outside of our comfort zone by attempting to climb Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours in the hope that it will give us a glimpse of the difficulties faced by those recipients of The COINS Foundation's help.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: The COINS Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
