Dearest Friends, Colleagues and Supporters,

It's your last chance to join ICT's latest cycling fundraising effort, Cycle Cambodia, at: www.cyclecambodia.co.uk/doit_register.html!  Although the fundraising and training for these rides take a great deal of commitment, they are lots of fun!  So, please join me; seize the day; and take the challenge! 

If you cannot support the fundraising effort by taking part, please consider supporting the team's 'bottom line' by sponsoring me now!  I know I have fundraised 3 times for cycle challenges in as many years, but it is for a very good cause (www.ict-uk.org) and these cycle rides really are ICT's lifeblood!  Moreover, I could just ask you all for money without cycling hundreds of miles both through the training and in the actual events, but this way you all know that I am not one of those NGO Directors who just sits in meetings all day!

Those of you who have not yet had (or taken) the opportunity to support me, here's your chance.  It is going to be harder than ever for me to reach the target this time!   Those of you who continue to support me every year, it will be fantastic if you could support me again (even if your support must be more modest this time)! 

The Cycle Cambodia Team has not yet reached our joint target of £175,000 and I'd like to raise at least £5000 myself. If I can raise even more- all the better for some of the world's most vulnerable children, their families and their communities.
