I know I have fundraised 3 times for cycle challenges in as many years, but it is for a very good cause (www.ict-uk.org) and these cycle rides really are ICT's lifeblood! Moreover, I could just ask you all for money without cycling hundreds of miles both through the training and in the actual events, but this way you all know that I am not one of those NGO Directors who just sits in meetings all day!

The Cycle Cambodia Team has not yet reached our joint target of £175,000 and I'd like to raise at least £5000 myself. If I can raise even more- all the better for some of the world's most vulnerable children, their families and their communities.
