As you might know, Angela's sister, Louise, has been missing since July 2001. It's been a difficult few years for everyone that knew Louise, but now nearly 7 years on we wanted to do something to celebrate her life and also say thank you to Missing People UK . They have been a wonderful support to all the family, but are sometimes an "overlooked" charity who can desperately do with some financial support and were there for us when we needed them.

Why the British 10k London Run? Well it gives us the chance of running past some wonderful London landmarks in July, pretend we are athletes and hopefully not collapse in the process of raising some money for charity.

Malcolm used to do cross country running when at school- but that was many many years ago now (Does Gregory's girl ring any bells?). Angela has only recently mastered the art of running to the bar for last orders (and frequently misses out buying her round of drinks). So this is our attempt at our own mini marathon!
