I'm a fool. An utter fool. I have entered this half marathon and I need your help to motivate me round, through my blisters, up hill and down dale. Give money to the Samaritans.
I've chosen Ealing, Hammersmith and Hounslow Samaritans as they're trying to raise funds for a new home; they need training rooms, better facilities for visitors and improved resources for outreach work.
