Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Yes....it's true...I am putting myself through 3 months of training through the chilly wintery days & nights in an attempt to run 26 miles! Mad? Yes!! But very excited by the challenge :-)

Following my 2 months of volunteering at Sepilok orangutan rescue and rehabilitation centre in Borneo in 2007, I have decided to run the London marathon for this amazing cause. The centre does lots of invaluable work in rescuing orphaned orangutans and rehabilitating them back into the wild. The UK based Orangutan Appeal charity works directly with Sepilok in providing the necessary funds for food, staff and medical equipment to ensure the success of the rehabilitation process.
