My story

 

Well good news I completed the 10km. I wanted to run in an hour or less and I managed to do that....just. My right knee (an old footie injury) started giving me problems from 4km onwards...so I had to slow down a little. Clearly this prevented me from breaking course records etc. I am feelin a little sore the morning after.

Many thanks to all of you who have donated and sponsored me. I now need to book an ppointment with a doctor!
