I would like to briefly explain why I have chosen this charity. On Dec 30th 08 I was Best Man at my best friends wedding. His mother, Wendy,  after a long battle, was very ill over Christmas and was not expected to see her son get married. Amazingly, she managed to fight on and be there for this special day. Sadly, she passed away at St Mary's on January 11th 2009.

Wendy was a loving wife and mother and a very kind and generous lady. The support of St Mary's was exceptional and I would like to raise money to assist them in continuing their remarkable and caring work.
