It helps all women and children who are suffering domestic violence (physical, sexual, emotional and financial abuse), especially those living in the Lincoln area and South Kesteven. Services include safe accommodation in Lincoln Refuge; advice and support at Lincoln and Grantham Women's Centres and the Young People's Project.

My story

We are raising money for our new refuge, which desperately needs furnishing. We want to create a place that is warm and welcoming and offers a high standard of accommodation.

The families often have to leave all their possessions behind, so not only do we have to provide basics such as beds and wardrobes, we also have to have a stock of toothbrushes and underwear!
