I am running the Great North Run this Sunday and would like you all to dig deep for me again.

This year i am raising money for the Sarah Matherson Trust which is a charity which helps and supports people with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) . 

I will be aiming to complete the run in under 2 hours this year and would really appreciate your support for a well deserved charity.
