Reed - Ethiopiaid Team Challenge 2009

In November 2009 I will be taking part in Reed's Ethiopiaid Team Challenge 2009, this will involve travelling to Ethiopia for one week to assist Ethiopiaid’s partner projects.

Ethiopiaid currently support 20 partner projects based in and around Addis Ababa, the Ethiopian capital. Our aim as a team with your kind support is to ensure we are able to raise money and support these projects directly to allow them to continue their efforts to change the face of Ethiopia. The projects encompass three main areas - Health, Education and Poverty Reduction.

Please help me to help make a difference when I am there later this year.

How you Can Help

My aim is to raise as much money as possible to support this worthy cause and it is with this aim in mind I ask for your help and support. I am holding an ONLINE AUCTION for the charity and kindly ask you to support this event.

PAST EVENTS

Masquerade Ball

ADNG (Abu Dhabi Networking Group) is honoured to organize the first annual Masquerade Ball benefiting Ethiopiaid, (www.uae.ethiopiaid.com). The Ball  was held on October 23, 2009 at the Hiltonia Beach Garden with attendance limited to 400. Tickets were 700 Dirhams ($200USD) each. All funds raised in excess of the actual cost of the Ball (food, drink and absolute necessities) will be donated to Ethiopiaid. A silent auction was held including items donated by our generous sponsors to raise additional monies for Ethiopiaid. CELEBRITY ATTENDANCE.... GLOBAL MEDIA COVERAGE........LIVE ENTERTAINMENT.....
